Cancellation Policy

• We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. To cancel your appointment, please call us on 07897504075 or mail us on admin@accordphysio.co.uk

• Appointment slots are reserved for clients at the time of booking. In the event of late cancellation, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer this slot to another patient. By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to book an appointment in that time slot. We therefore request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to amend or cancel your booking. Please note that we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

• Text messages reminders are sent out 24 hours before the appointment and are recorded on our system. If you need to cancel, alter or move your appointment please do so on receiving the message. Any missed, cancelled, moved or altered appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the fee . This needs to be paid prior to your next appointment.

Our Rights to Cancel and Applicable Refund

• We may need to amend or cancel your appointment, even after this has been confirmed and paid for, due to circumstances beyond our control or due to the unavoidable change in circumstances with your Physiotherapist. In this situation we will promptly contact you and any payment made by you for the cancelled service shall be refunded.

• We recognize that circumstances may arise where cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice becomes unavoidable. However, please understand that our cancellation policy enables us to effectively serve all our clients and maintain an efficient schedule.

• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our 24-hour cancellation policy.
