How are the records stored

• On paper, in locked filing cabinets, and the offices are always locked and alarmed out of working hours.

• On our office computers which are password protected and backed up regularly and only accessible by authorised individuals

We have a legal obligation to retain your records for 8 years after your most recent appointment, but after this period you can ask us to delete your records if you wish.

If you have opted in to receive further information about our products or services, we will communicate with you about the services that we provide, additional services provided by us and other news which may be of interest to you. You will be able to choose to no longer receive emails from us at any point by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any of the emails!

If you have not opted in to receive further information about our products or services, we do not keep this information in any format, and you will only receive correspondence from us in direct response to the issue in hand.
