The assessment will require information on your general health, surgical history, allergies, medication, work, and hobbies. The treatment plan will be planned based on the outcome of the assessment and discussed with you. You will be provided with all the required information regarding the problem with a tailored exercise program. The formal treatment is usually from the first follow up appointment. The follow-up appointment will be 30 minutes in duration and the next appoinment will be booked at the end of every session

Please bring any medical records, imaging reports, medication details and any information relevant to your problem.
