Exercise rehabilitation is an integral part of physiotherapy. The exercises prescribed depends on the goals set for the patient based on a thorough assessment. The exercises will complement the hands-on treatment and rehabilitation you receive whilst at our clinic.
Exercise rehabilitation is a personally prescribed set of exercises that range from active movement through to strengthening exercises using the dhera-bands, body weight and resistance machines or free weights, dependent on the needs of the client condition & findings during the assessment. Rehabilitation exercises aim to return full function following injury through re-building muscle strength, endurance, power and improving overall flexibility and mobility.
