Sports Specific Rehabilitation

The Focus of sports specific rehab will be to get you back to pre-injury level. The rehab considers the demands of the sport you play. For example, a Tennis player will need more focus on shoulder, elbow and wrist mobility whereas net ball player focuses knees and ankles.
